I initially titled this page “Stalking made easy.” Here are a few places where I appeared recently in the media, or where I have writing outside this website. I used to write blogposts prolifically for other sites, but most of them (The Next Greatest Generation and LovedForWhoYouAre.Org being the most notable) are defunct.

On February 28, 2017, I spoke to the Buffalo Common Council about the need for affordable housing on behalf of my employer, the Homeless Alliance. Most of my comments are in that video, the beginning where I explained who I am was not.

It’s Believed Some 2,000 People Under 25 ‘Couch-Surfing’ in Buffalo That’s me in the video, as I was part of the press conference announcing the BeCountedWNY! effort.

Homelessness, supervised injections & alternative break I was intereviewed on WBNY’s show, “The Buffalo Review” about homelessness in Western New York (April 7, 2016).

WBFO: Advocates Say Just 25 Chronically Homeless People Remain In Buffalo – I was on the radio describing the campaign of my employer, the Homeless Alliance of Western New York, and the Western New York Coalition for the Homeless (I am on their board) to recruit landlords in an effort to house the last 25 chronically homeless people in Buffalo.

What’s Going on In Buffalo? – I was a guest on this podcast to talk about homelessness, poverty, and redevelopment.

Finding A Way Back to Western New York, The Buffalo News– I was initially interviewed for a story about millennials in Buffalo with interesting jobs, but the reporter wisely decided that I was a better fit for a story about millennials who went somewhere else and returned.

University Affairs – Q&A – Jennifer Polk, PhD., interviewed me about leaving graduate school.

There are a few photos of me in an article about David Torke’s Tour de Neglect by Colin Dabkowski of The Buffalo News and a photo gallery of TEDxBuffalo 2014.

I have an essay in Moving On: Essays on the Aftermath of Leaving Academia.

My resume includes some essays now on defunct websites.
